Dear Mr. Wong,
My name is Alexandra Shrayteh, and I'm an English Lit student at the Lebanese American University in Beirut, Lebanon. I'm interested in contemporary poetry regardless of political and ethnical boundaries, and I'm an admirer of your work in particular. I find your idea about separate body parts and their relation to desire and fetishes intriguing, and I plan to write a paper about your poetry, one which I will later publish. I've read your City of Sameness series (which I understand have some relation to your Master's Thesis) as well as your two poems "The Importance of having an 'R'" and "when there is a spring tree above the village". However, I haven't got any further than that as (at least) half of what is written about you on the net is in Chinese, and I can't seem to be able to find your Master's thesis anywhere (is it published, by the way?)
I was wondering if you can help me with this project. Could you please give me some links where I could ind your publications (mainly poetry) as well as your theoretical work? I'm still not sure what my topic would be because of the deficiency of information, but when I am, would you mind answering some o my questions?
